Product use: Galvanized steel strand usually refers to messenger wire, guy wire, core wire or strength member, and can also be used as earth wire/ground wire for overhead power transmission, barrier cable on both sides of highway or structure cable in building structures.

The structure is 1 × 7, and the galvanized steel strands with the specifications of 5.4, 6.0, 6.6 and 9.0 can be used for the overhead cable of the postal utility pole.

Surface Quality:

1. The surface of the steel wire in the steel strand should not have defects such as stack marks, scratches, breaks, flattening and hard bending.

2. The surface of the steel strand must be free of oil, dirt, water and other impurities.

3. The galvanized layer on the surface of the split-strand steel wire in the steel strand should be uniform and continuous, without cracks and spalling. However, the surface of the zinc layer is allowed to have a small amount of glitter, thin white layer and color difference.
